Nutritional psychology is the science of how nutrients affect mood and behavior. It examines the relationship between food, nutritional intake, and our internal experience of life.

Nutritional psychology bridges the fields of psychology and integrative health.  Integrative health  is an individualized, client-centered model promoting optimal health and wellness. It combines a whole-person approach with evidence-based strategies to reduce disease risk by turning around lifestyle behaviors.

At Cashin Consulting, our focus is on providing regular educational classes on nutrition and health, which are currently offered through a local university community-based educational program and also virtually on Zoom.  We are also available to provide classes to specific groups upon request, and private consultations for individuals.

All courses and private consultations include the latest research on plant-based remedies and dietary and lifestyle recommendations for a mentally and physically healthy and happy life.
