Russ Cashin holds a PhD in Nutritional Psychology, the science of how nutrients effect mood and behavior. He completed his doctorate program, including his thesis on medical cannabis, graduating Cum Laude. He is an instructor at Dixie State University in the Community Education program teaching courses in Medical Cannabis and Nutrition, Health & Anti-Aging, and is currently an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Mohave Community College. Dr. Cashin is also a published author, speaker, certified cognitive behavioral group therapist, a certified Cannabis caregiver and an affiliate member of the American Psychology Association as well as the National Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists.

Cynthia Cashin (Tiano) holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami, graduating with honors, and is a retired attorney and Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator.

Cynthia’s passion for over two decades has been natural healing through lifestyle, including whole foods.  For many years she has brought her personal practice of whole food preparation to her expertise as an instructor of Nutritional Workshops in an effort to educate others toward their own practice of healthier living.
